  • Establish a listing price using a Comparative Market Analysis  (prepared by Elaine ).
  • Prepare an Estimated Sellers Net Proceeds analysis for you (the seller).
  • Advise seller on how to prepare the property for showing it at its best.
  • Enter property information in area Multiple Listing service.
  • Place the property information and pictures on four (4) websites.
  • Prepare and distribute professional brochures on property.
  • Coordinate and conduct Open Houses and Agent Open Houses on your property (at seller’s option).
  • Communicate with YOU regularly concerning comments noted by prospects and other agents. Advise you about adjustments needed concerning condition of property or availability for showing.
  • Analyze and assist you in negotiating any and all offers on your property.
  • Meet with you regularly to evaluate any suggested price changes, etc.
