- Prepare an
Estimated Sellers Net Proceeds analysis for you (the seller).
- Advise seller on
how to prepare the property for showing it at its best.
- Enter property
information in area Multiple Listing service.
- Place the property
information and pictures on four (4) websites.
- Prepare and
distribute professional brochures on property.
- Coordinate and
conduct Open Houses and Agent Open Houses on your property (at seller’s
option).
- Communicate with
YOU regularly concerning comments noted by prospects and other agents.
Advise you about adjustments needed concerning condition of property or
availability for showing.
- Analyze and assist
you in negotiating any and all offers on your property.
- Meet with you
regularly to evaluate any suggested price changes, etc.
